There were EXCELLENT staff and facilities, it worked well for me. Also, james' park was max 10 minutes walk to. Super big bedrooms.

Outstandingly accommodating personnel, well-maintained pool plus green garden. The staff did all they can for an incredible stay. The American breakfast offered plenty of food, something for everyone's taste. Easy walk to the awesome beach...

Facilities were fabulous, however Wi-Fi connection was horrendous.

excellent value for money, and the location was optimal for exploring newcastle upon tyne. the wine bar was cosy and the staff were caring. i loved having tea/coffee and good internet. the pool was great and the garden - small.

Beds were poor.
